Parties & Conferences

At The Beer Hall we can cater for any event, we have two bars, a lounge, a conference room and The Beer Kitchen - which can cater for small or large functions at a high quality, keeping it friendly and informal.

Both bars are fully stocked with a range of our own beers, wines, spirits and fruit juices.

 

The River Bar

A versatile party venue, available for exclusive hire for anything from conferences to barn dances!

Available to hire for 30-150 people.

If you choose The Beer Kitchen to cater your event there is no charge for room hire, otherwise hire rates are as follows:

7pm - Midnight: £200
Before 7pm: an extra £100
Daytime hire rate: £100

 

The Conference Room
 

Can accommodate 2-20 people, for more than 20 people the river bar can be booked. Equipped with air conditioning, projector screen, wireless internet, a flipchart and telephone point. It's quiet and overlooks the River Kent, when work is done the bar is not far away!

HALF DAY £50

FULL DAY £80

Tea, coffee and biscuits can be provided at £1.95 per person. Lunch can also be provided.

 

The Main Bar

The upstairs area of the public main bar can be reserved for 10 – 40 people at no cost.

 

Reception Drinks

We can provide drinks on arrival, popular options include sparkling wine or half a pint of Hawkshead beer. We can also set up tabs or arrange a voucher system for first drinks to be given.

 

Catering by The Beer Kitchen

Ranging from hot or cold buffets, sandwiches, a selection from the tapas menu of the day, fruit platters, cakes and puddings. Please email Katie@hawksheadbrewery.co.uk for a menu.
