For the third year running we’ve got a bar at one of the North’s biggest beer events later this month - the CAMRA organised Manchester Beer and Cider Festival held at Manchester Central 20-23 January.
We’re one of 12 innovative northern breweries to be invited to have a bar at the festival, you can find the list of brewery bars on the festival website. In addition to the brewery bars there’ll be 3 main bars (including a 60 metre mega-bar) serving a total of over 500 beers, ciders & perries.
Our bar will be serving Windermere Pale, Bitter, Dry Stone Stout, Brodie’s Prime, Cumbrian Five Hop, Lakeland Lager, NZPA and Brodie’s Prime Export. Brewery staff will be on hand to chat to drinkers and answer any questions.
We’re also launching a festival collab beer, brewed at Blackjack with Quantum Brew Co earlier this month. The Ready Steady Cook-style brew saw each brewer arrive with a mystery ingredient; Matt with Manuka leaf from his home country, Rob (Blackjack) Belgian yeast and Jay (Quantum) Kaffir lime leaves.
