Passionfruit Gose 4.5% - Tart and fruity with a hint of salt, a highly refreshing beer made with a blend of lager and wheat malt. Think sweet, sour and salty with an overriding flavour of fresh passionfruit. The Gose has been kettle soured to add acidity, then Himalayan rock salt added to the boil and after fermentation aged on passionfruit.
