A wheat beer delicately hopped with Motueka from New Zealand, then aged and re-fermented with wild yeast (Brettanomyces) in oak casks to add earthy, ripe, dry, lemony tart flavours and a hint of wood. A highly refreshing, unfiltered, cloudy beer.
