Session IPA is becoming a semi-permanent beer. With it being so popular Head Brewer Matt Clarke has decided to continually look at how he can improve it and keep the beer available. The brew team will look to brew a Session IPA with different hops/hop blend and maybe slight tweaks to the malt grist as often as possible.
April’s Session IPA has been brewed with Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops and Maris Otter, Carapils, Vienna, Malted oats, Wheat malt and Crystal malt. We will be changing the pump clips to reflect each brew’s changing hop and malt varieties.
