We have an opportunity for a full time Chef/Cook whose main responsibilities will include:
• Food preparation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Stock & Quality Control
• Stock Rotation
• Supervision of kitchen staff
You will be an experienced Chef/Cook with a full understanding of Health & Safety and Hygiene requirements and be comfortable with HACCP and compliance paperwork.
Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends. Shifts will be a mix of AM and PM between 9am and 9pm.
This is a full time role working a range of hours between 9.00am and 9.00pm. No split shifts.
