We’re looking for a Full Time Chef, with experience at least at chef-de-partie level.
The Beer Hall kitchen provides quality local and seasonal food to complement the beers brewed on site. We have a core menu which is a great mix of Beer Hall classics and American inspired dishes as well as swapping in specials and sides as the kitchen team create them.
Full time hours of 40/week including weekend. No split shifts.
You will be reporting to the Head Chef and be part of a team with two other full time chefs. We are a collaborative kitchen, you’ll have opportunity to develop specials and the menu in general.
Usual service times (these may vary during the year and with functions) are 12-6 Monday-Thursday, 12-8.30 Friday and Saturday. Sundays we put out our standard casual dining menu with a Roast Dinner between 12-6.30.
Pay negotiable and based on experience.
