Inspired by traditional Nordic brewing, this beer is crafted using a juniper infusion alongside hops directly in the mash.
Juniper berries are steeped in our beer wash to create an aromatic mash, allowing clean, resinous forest notes to blend naturally with soft hop character from the very start of the brew.
The result is a modern Nordic beer with subtle pine, fresh citrus and a crisp, balanced finish — a quiet nod to ancient methods, refined for today.
